We are looking for proactive, resourceful people to assist FM Projects in achieving its revenue and market share goals. FM Projects is hiring a Sales Personnel to bring this to fruition. Applicants must have excellent communication, analytical, and problem resolution skills.

Responsible for developing and executing on market coverage strategies and prospecting programs including direct prospect outreach and market communication programs. This role is rewarding to those who enjoy direct customer contact, opportunities for travel, giving both formal and informal presentations, and the exciting pace of a growing company.


Sales Personnel

Sales Personnel are responsible for executing on FM Projects revenue and market share objectives through consultative value-based selling techniques. Sales Personnel are responsible for coordinating the closure of new business. Sales Personnel are expected to drive the sales cycle from lead qualification to closure and provide high caliber transitions to our implementation and support teams. This role is rewarding to natural leaders with an entrepreneurial spirit and competitive drive who enjoy making a direct and identifiable impact on a growing company.


Specific tasks include:

  • Building and executing on market coverage and prospecting programs within FM Projects target markets.
  • Creating demand for FM Projects solutions within identified accounts and industries
  • Developing pro-active sales plans and managing qualified leads through to closure
  • Negotiating commercial terms, with appropriate support & approval from FM Projects management
  • Liaising with other functions within the FM Projects organization to prepare and deliver technical and commercial responses
  • Maintaining knowledge and understanding of FM Projects, its products, and assigned market segments and accounts as appropriate
  • Infrequent travel within the U.S. required


This role is entrepreneurial and requires innate curiosity, flexibility, resilience, quick thinking and quick action. Successful Sales Personnel are strong problem solvers interested in training their "business gut" and executive communication style.
